Let's see... I don't currently have a lot of shoes. Here they are in the order in which I wear them the most. Oh, and I'm not counting slippers, even ones that I might sometimes throw on to go outside in.

1. Black MaryJane style Crocs
2. Chocolate Brown ballerina style flats
3. Hot Pink Beach style Crocs
4. White boring but comfortable sneakers
5. Dark Brown, almost Black patent leather high heel ankle boots
6. Black Doc Martens with Cheetah print laces.

I really want a pair of sandles for summer, maybe in silver or black, or even tan, but I'm not having luck right now finding something nice. It seems that a lot of the sandles out right now are "gladiator" inspired and they make my feet look huge. I need more heels for work. I know I need to stop wearing the black maryjane Crocs all the time, but they are comfortable and usually blend in ok.

Cats in the Cradle, Inc. is a no-kill, all-volunteer, 501(3)© non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of feral, stray and special needs cats and kittens.

Currently we are in need of special homes for 5 kitties. These kitties are all very sweet and will make great fuzzy family members, but they do have special needs. Each of these kitties has tested positive for Feline Leukemia.

If you do not have any cats, or if you already have a cat who is FeLV positive, please consider adopting one (or two!) of these adorable kitties from our organization. They desperately need homes because our facility is small and as we have to keep them seperate from the other cats they will spend the rest of their lives in a cage if no one adopts them.

There would be no adoption fee for these kitties, you'd just need to fill out a little bit of paperwork (adoption application and agreement) and take your new family member(s) home!

Domino, Felix and Juno are triplets born on a farm in TN. The family there loved them and the children played with them and held them all the time. They wanted them to have happy homes but could not keep them. They brought them to CITC so we could find them forever homes. These sweet playful siblings would be happy to stay together, or would be happy to each find seperate homes. They are very affectionate and will quickly become a part of your family.

Corrine is a beautiful tabby girl with right green eyes. She wants a home where she will be loved and have some room to play. Her life may be shorter than average due to FeLV, but that doesn't mean she has less love and energy to share with you now.

Demi is a loving kitty who had a hard beginning in life. She was found roaming the streets and then when she finally came to CITC and had a chance to find a happy loving home she tested positive for FeLV. Demi is a very friendly kitty who likes to be with people. She would be a bright spot in your life and you in hers if you gave her a home.

Sunday was a long day at PetSmart. I was by myself for a while, and had a young girl helper for a while and L the founder helped me shut down, it just made for a long day. I hate to say that it was a good thing we weren't too busy, but it was.

We had one kitty adopted out. Her name is Velvet and she's the one I talked about who insisted that you pet her. She is a beautiful cat and I know she's gone to a great home.

Sunday was a reminder to me that we have a lot of special kitties that really need loving adoptive families who are willing to give them time to come out of their shells.

Ronnie is an orange (very light orange) and white kitty with golden brown eyes. He wants attention, but is a little afraid of people standing over him to get pets. He loves to be petted and is addicted to gooshy food. He'll be your best friend forever if you open a can of Fancy Feast!

JimmyMac is another orange boy, only he's mostly very orange with just some lighter colored stripes. He loves to be petted but he'll need some time in a quiet place before he will become a part of your family.

And last but not least is my favorite orange boy, Hunter. Hunter is a big super soft lovable scaredy cat. When he comes to your home he is going to hide under the first piece of furniture he can find, but if your willing to give him some time and some space I just know he will come out of his shell and let you hold him while he purrs and kneads on your arm like he does mine.

Using a suggestion from www.hungrygirl.com to use a can of pumpkin puree instead of the oil/eggs/whatever that a boxed cake mix calls for I made a yummy dessert with only 112 calories, 3g of fat, and about 8g of sugars per serving. YUMMY!!!

Sunday was a good day. We adopted out 4 cats, 2 kittens and two adults.

This week I'm swamped so I'm only going to talk about 1 kitty who needs a home.

Please allow me to introduce Chess! Chess is a fun black and white boy. He's playful and talkative and loves to be petted. He hates being cooped up in the kennel when his foster mom brings him in to PetSmart for adoptions, so he complains loudly about it for a while and then relaxes and takes a nap. He likes to play with the stick with feathers on one end and does fine with the other cats. If you're looking for a lot of fun and attention from a cat please consider Chess.

Wolf and I spent all day yesterday wandering around the GA Ren Fair yesterday. We enjoyed seeing all the vendors and all the wandering performers. We took lots of pictures and even watched the Ded Bob Sho!!! The grounds of the fair here are really pretty with lots of trees and little areas to stand at with mini-tables for your drink or snack. I dressed in costume and wore my Pendragon (which laced all the way up is too big but not horribly so), a cotton chemise and the burgandy skirt TheAntiChick and Goldenbaer made me for their wedding. The chemise and skirt are way too big, but I was still happy to dress up. When we got to the fair we checked out the Royal Family Cothiers and they had a sale! I got a new skirt and chemise for a great price. The first pic is of me with Puss in Boots! There's LOTS more pics after that one so if you have a slow connection beware! This morning I stopped to get some gas after dropping Wolf off at work. I went to a BP down the road. Recently the BP's convienence store has been turned into an AMPM and they've been advertising like crazy. I wanted some coffee (When don't I want coffee?) and so I went inside to get a cup.

I have found an amazing coffee deal! For $1.65 i got a 24oz cup, filled it 1/3 of the way up with skim milk (Yes, real skim milk! They also had 2%.) added a few skirts of Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (That was the only sugar free flavor they had, but they had a lot of other flavors in regular.) filled up the rest of the cup with decaf coffee (Yes, I know it's pointless, but it tastes good!) and then topped it with a sprinkle of cinnamon (They also had vanilla, chocolate, nutmeg, and mini marshmallows.)!!!

All of that for $1.65 and they have a promotion going where you get a little card and after your 5th coffe or fountian drink (mix & match) purchase you get one free!

It was so yummy! They have totally won my future gas purchases.

The kitty named Jerry that I posted about earlier this week that I was so concerned about because he was stressed got adopted! I'd posted his story on the Atlanta communities here on LJ and Kittycentric adopted him today. I'm so excited that he's found a good home!

I bought this tiny pot that's supposed to grow a zenia for $1 at Target, and a blue bigger pot to put it in after it sprouted. Here's the progress:
