The other day Wolf openened 2 cans of Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced tomatoes to put in a dish he was making. Both cans must have been from the same line and were both "oops" cans. They were all juice and had only about 8 tomtoes between them.
I got online and emailed Hunt's, through their website, about the problem.
24 hours later I got an email from ConAgra Foods, their parent company, apologizing and telling me they are mailing me coupons to replace the cans for free.
That's the way customer service should be.
